They're estimates — and they calibrate to you. Photo and burn estimates improve as you log more, learning from your real data. Always sanity-check important numbers; MinervaOS is a tracking tool, not medical advice.

Do I need a wearable?

No. You can use MinervaOS with just your phone. But connecting a wearable (Apple Watch, WHOOP, Oura, Garmin) makes your calorie-burn number far more accurate.

Do you sell my data or show ads?

No, and no. There are no ads and no data brokers. Your Apple Health and wearable data is processed on your device.

How do I cancel?
