FAQ

Good questions.

Everything people ask before they download.

How accurate are the estimates?

They're estimates — and they calibrate to you. Photo and calorie-burn estimates get sharper as you log more and as MinervaOS learns from your real data. Always sanity-check important numbers; it's a self-tracking tool, not a measuring device.

Is this medical advice?

No. MinervaOS is for informational and educational self-tracking only. It doesn't diagnose, treat, or prevent anything, and it isn't a substitute for a doctor or dietitian. Consult a qualified professional before making health, diet, or exercise decisions.

Which wearables work?

Apple Watch, WHOOP, Oura, Garmin, and Apple Health. MinervaOS reads activity signals (steps, heart rate, HRV, VO₂max, workouts, sleep) to sharpen your burn estimate.

Do I need a wearable?

No — you can use MinervaOS with just your phone. But connecting a wearable makes your calorie-burn number meaningfully more accurate.

What happens to my food photos?

A food photo is sent to our AI provider to generate the estimate, and a copy is kept on your device so you can review the entry. We don't store your food-scan photos on our servers. See our Privacy Policy.

Do you sell my data or show ads?

No, and no. No ads, no data brokers, no cross-app tracking. Your Apple Health and wearable data is processed on your device.

Can I delete my data?

Yes — anytime, in one tap: Settings → Account → Delete Account. That permanently removes your account and associated data from our active systems.

How much does it cost?

A 7-day free trial, then $4.99/month or $39.99/year. Everything is included — no tiers or add-ons. See Pricing.

How do I cancel?

In your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.

Is there an Android version?

Not yet — MinervaOS is iPhone-only for now.
